DA Press Release:
District Attorney Michael O’Keefe and Mashpee Police Chief Scott Carline announced
tonight the arrests of Eli Perry (DOB 4/16/80) and Paige Malone (DOB 5/11/88) of 37 Riverside
Road, Mashpee for murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and illegal disposal of a
human body in the death of Raymond Perry (DOB 6/6/53), 37 Riverside Road, Mashpee.
Mr. Perry was reported missing to police on Friday, December 1, 2017, although the
reporting party told police that he had not been seen since the previous Sunday November 26,
2017.
The arrest warrant was served on Eli Perry at the Plymouth House of Correction. Ms.
Malone was arrested at approximately 7:00pm at 4 Hayloft Lane, Marshfield. Each will be
arraigned in the ordinary course of business in the Falmouth District Court.
The arrests were made by Mashpee Police and the State Police Detectives assigned to the
Cape & Islands District Attorney’s Office. The case remains under investigation.
