SHOCKING AUDIO: What police have to deal with on a regular basis…
HYANNIS – The following is audio of the Barnstable Police patrol operations frequency, broadcast and captured from an online application called Rangecast…
The audio below involves people at, or near, 149 Sea Street, a notorious ‘problem property.’ Police respond there just about everyday, and sometimes several times a day.
The following Video/Audio captures the police dispatching patrol cars to a disturbance. It also captures audio of radio transmissions while a female was inside a cruiser screaming, and the officer was attempting to call in advising he was transporting her to BPD Headquarters. *Please note the lettering in the video should read ‘Woman screaming from inside cruiser.’ **Also note that the woman screaming was not harmed by police in any way; she was just out of control and unruly. While this above video was being processed, multiple police responded to an address where a man snapped and started throwing things at his neighbor. He then locked himself in his cottage with the natural gas turned on. Hyannis Fire Department had to respond. More on that situation, including video and stills, later on today. Stay tuned.
