South Dennis man locked up 5th time for drunk driving after crash…
YARMOUTH – A South Dennis man was arrested for the 5th time for drunk driving after police responded to a crash on Willow Street last evening.
HN happened to have also responded to the two car accident on Willow Street near the intersection of Higgins Crowell Road.
The suspect’s grey Lexus, Mass. Registration 219 ZV1, was towed from the scene and impounded.
This was the suspect’s 5th time being arrested for OUI in Massachusetts. Two have resulted in convictions and one is pending trial.
The law in Massachusetts allows police to only charge him based on prior convictions.
He was scheduled for arraignment today in the Barnstable District Court.
