SWAT OP: Hyannis man arrested on federal and local warrants in...

YARMOUTH – The Cape Cod Regional SWAT Team descended on a residence on Old Main Street late this afternoon, arresting a Hyannis man on federal and local warrants.

The operation included Regional SWAT members, Yarmouth Police, and Barnstable Detectives.

Shaun Miller, age 31, aka “Shizz” or “Shizz Miller,” of Hyannis, was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to Yarmouth Police Headquarters and booked there… he was then transported to Barnstable Police Headquarters where he was booked on the two warrants.

According to Barnstable Police Sergeant Thomas Bird, the federal warrant was for Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute… the local warrant was a Default Warrant for local motor vehicle charges…

Miller is being held overnight without bail at Barnstable Police Headquarters…
