WEST BARNSTABLE, Massachusetts – As you will see and hear in the following HN video, on the afternoon of Sunday, December 3, 2023, at around 1:28 p.m., Barnstable Police patrol officers were dispatched to Church Street after receiving a report from a retired police officer that a male had just stopped his white Ford F250 commercially registered pickup truck in the middle of Church Street. The operator was then reportedly seen urinating in the middle of Church Street according to police radio transmissions. Several police units responded and located the pickup parked in the driveway of a residence on church street. Officers reportedly obtained video that shows the pickup truck striking a tree in a yard on Church Street prior to parking in a nearby driveway.

The driver, ANGEL MARIA ASTUDILLO GUALLPA, 40, of Hyannis was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of liquor and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

HN NOTE: There were a number of young children out in the roadway on a “hay/wagon” ride in the area at the time of the aforementioned incident…
