HYANNIS – It was a routine traffic stop which became very upsetting for the female driver when she was informed that her car would be towed because it was not properly registered.

Three male passengers were also agitated as they spilled out onto the side of the road.

Officers were being very patient with the female driver who did not want to surrender her vehicle.
