*** NEW DETAILS *** HYANNIS WOMAN ALLEGEDLY STRUCK BF WITH CAR 3 TIMES… ALSO CHARGED W/ 3 OTHER FELONIES ONE WEEK PRIOR… [HN VIDEO]
NEW DETAILS – NOV. 19, 2023:
HYANNIS, Massachusetts – According to police reports filed in Barnstable District Court – and as initially reported by HN – on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at around 6:00 p.m., Barnstable Police officers discovered a man lying on the sidewalk in the vicinity of 168 Barnstable Road next to a vehicle. The man’s girlfriend, Angela Snow, 44, of Hyannis, was also on scene… when suddenly, officers found themselves trying to break up an altercation between the pair, where Snow was reportedly observed striking her boyfriend two separate times. Snow was promptly taken into custody and stuffed into the back of a BPD cruiser while officers continued to investigate.
The injured boyfriend reportedly told officers about an ongoing argument he’d been having with his girlfriend. When he exited and stood in front of the vehicle, Snow allegedly “pushed the gas and [struck] him three separate times.” He reportedly told officers that his body hit and damaged the passenger side mirror.
Angela Snow was subsequently advised that she was under arrest for A&B on Family/Household Member, and A&B with a Dangerous Weapon.
While looking into the above reports, it was discovered Snow had also been charged with three separate felonies related to a separate investigation that took place ten days prior. According to Barnstable PD reports, on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at around 4:39 p.m., officers were dispatched to an address on Old Craigville Beach Road for a report of an attempted breaking and entering.
When a homeowner went to investigate noises, he reportedly discovered a woman attempting to get into his home through the back door. Upon being confronted, the woman reportedly fled the scene in a vehicle.
(Snow had also allegedly been observed trying to enter a second residence in the area. Damage to one of the doorways was documented by the Sheriff’s Crime Scene Investigation Unit. Fingerprint evidence was also collected…)
Based on an investigation involving camera footage, witness and suspect statements, Angela Snow was charged with 3 felonies: two counts of B&E into a Building during the Daytime, and one count of Vandalizing Property.
When asked why she attempted to enter one of the residences on Old Craigville Beach Road, Snow, who is currently said to be homeless, reportedly told an investigating officer that “she was just looking for a warm place to stay.”

INITIAL HN REPORT – NOV. 16, 2023:
*** WATCH *** GF ALLEGEDLY RAN INTO BF THREE TIMES WITH CAR
HYANNIS, Massachusetts – [HN VIDEO NOTES] – A Barnstable Police Detective discovered a man down on the sidewalk in the vicinity of 168 Barnstable Road at around 6:00 p.m. last evening. The man initially appeared unconscious, according to sources. As you will see and hear in the following HN Video, police first thought they were dealing with an unconscious overdose victim, but it turned out to be a pedestrian struck by a car.
The male victim was being evaluated inside an ambulance, and was conscious and alert, when HN arrived on scene. The victim did not want to go to the hospital. He says he suffered road rash and was just a little banged up. The vehicle that reportedly struck him remained on scene and had a damaged passenger side mirror. The vehicle also had handprints on the hood that victim says were his.
A woman, reportedly the victim’s girlfriend, was in custody in the back seat of a BPD cruiser. She was obviously upset and tearful at times. Sources tell HN that she was under arrest for domestic violence charges for allegedly striking and injuring her boyfriend with the vehicle. (The boyfriend had reportedly been struck three times.) She was transported back to BPD headquarters and bailed out after midnight.
HN is working on obtaining official details. When there are domestic violence charges, official details are withheld until after the arraignment, according to a new state law. [UPDATE – HN has been informed that arraignments will take place in Barnstable Superior Court while District Court is closed for repairs…]
The most important thing in aforementioned case is that the boyfriend was not injured seriously. And the fact that he was up walking not long afterwards, is a huge break for both him and her.
It’s uncertain what led up to last evening’s alleged domestic violence. [DEVELOPING]
