The following HN Video contains footage sent in by a Hyannis News reader. It shows a group of people who spent part of their Presidents’ Day holiday standing out on the side of Main Street in Falmouth. They were holding signs, chanting “Money won’t save America, kindness will.” Their signs expressed their disapproval, contempt, hate, and fear. According to photos, some read:

– “We the People… Not We the Billionaires”
– “STOP THE COUP SAVE DEMOCRACY”
– “NOT MY PRESIDENT”

– “MELT ICE”
– “NO DOGE NO”
– “DUMP TRUMP. FIRE MUSK”
– “DON’T LET TRUMP & DOGE DESTROY DEMOCRACY”
– “REAL AMERICANS REJECT DICTATORS”
– “RESIST FASCISM DEFEND DEMOCRACY”
– And one sign even had swastika with a red line through it, reading “NEVER AGAIN”
