*** WATCH *** ORLEANS BLAZE: House Under Renovation Fully Engulfed in 3:30 a.m. Inferno [New Details]

UPDATE FROM THE ORLEANS FD:
Early Monday morning, the Bamstable County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received multiple 911 calls reporting a structure fire on Morningside Circle in Orleans. Orleans Fire-Rescue units were immediately dispatched, along with automatic mutual aid companies from Eastham, Harwich, and Brewster. Upon arrival, the first-due firefighters found a single-family residence approximately 75% involved in fire. A vehicle in the driveway was also found to be on fire.
A working fire was declared, bringing additional resources to the scene from Harwich, Chatham, and Yarmouth, along with station coverage from Hyannis and Wellfleet.
Firefighters worked for approximately 90 minutes to bring the fire under control. The residence was undergoing renovations and sustained extensive damage and is considered a total loss. The home was unoccupied at the time of the fire, and there were no reported injuries.
In addition to the fire departments and agencies listed above, the Orleans Fire Department received assistance from the Orleans Police Department, Orleans Water Department, and Orleans Building Department.
The cause and origin of the fire remain under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police Fire Investigation Unit and the Orleans Fire Department. The fire is not considered suspicious.
Fire crews remained on scene until approximately 10:00 a.m. to complete overhaul operations and ensure the scene was safe.
