HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS – Officers discovered two shattered glass doors where someone entered a downtown beauty parlor last evening.
Minutes after 10:00 p.m., a Barnstable Police patrolwoman investigating a showroom motion/ front door commercial alarm at 701 Main Street radioed there had been a breaking and entering into the business. Angles Hair Design – located at the intersection of Main Street, South Street, and Potter Ave – has been in business in the West End of Hyannis since 1993, according to online sources. Additional Barnstable PD squad cars, including a K-9 unit, immediately responded to assist. The suspect had fled prior to police arriving on scene. As you will see in the following HN “video,” officers searched the immediate area for possible suspects and surveillance cameras which may have captured images of the suspect.
