WEST YARMOUTH: Bostonians arrested with drugs and cash…

PROACTIVE ANTI-CRIME UNIT OFFICERS ARREST TWO BOSTON RESIDENTS FOR ILLEGAL DRUGS AND WARRANTS
On the afternoon of Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at approximately 12:23 PM, PAC UNIT Officer Christopher VanNess observed a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt with defective equipment and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 28 near Camp Street.
With the backup assistance of Patrol Officer Sean Geary and PAC UNIT Officer Nicholas Ambrosini and Detective Eric Nuss two of the subjects inside the vehicle were found to have illegal drugs in their possession as well as cash related to drug distribution and numerous outstanding warrants.
Both were arrested and transported to Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters and both will be arraigned in the Barnstable District Court.
