Whiteout driving conditions near airport [February 16, 2013]

This was the scene this morning around 8:30am on the stretch of Route 28 by the Barnstable Airport. Just prior to this shot, a Barnstable Police patrol officer radioed dispatch and other cruisers advising them of ‘whiteout conditions.’
