TRAUMA ALERT: 34-year-old scooter driver knocked unconscious after collision with vehicle… [HN VIDEO]
SOUTH YARMOUTH – A 34-year-old scooter driver was reportedly knocked unconscious after colliding with an Audi sedan in the intersection of Route 28 and Forest Road this evening at about 8:30 p.m..
The driver of the scooter was reportedly briefly unconscious and down according to witnesses. He eventually came to and was conscious and speaking with first responders when HN arrived on scene.
The driver of the Audi was unharmed and his vehicle had only a damaged headlight.
The injured scooter was eventually transported to Cape Cod Hospital under a priority two trauma alert.
The Yarmouth Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash…
