HYANNIS – A mannequin appears to gaze out through the frosted Mass Bay co. display window on Main Street early this morning. The official “online” temperature was – 6° F at the time of this photo. But HN had – 9° F, according to the thermometer inside the HN news vehicle. Either way, it was a little “fresco,” as my pals used to say on chilly days south of the border.

The temp is expected to gradually climb back up throughout the day, possibly reaching a balmy 0° F by late morning! So, don’t be a freakin’ dummy, bundle up this morning!

Also – remarkably – temps are expected to be above freezing on Sunday, and stay above freezing for the remainder of all next week! So, don’t forget to break out the tanning butter! Spring is right around the corner! 🙂
