At Least One Fatality in Head-On Crash on Route 6A Near Nickerson State Park in Brewster [HN Video]
BREWSTER, MASSACHUSETTS – A fatal head-on collision unfolded around 9:30 p.m. Thursday on Route 6A near Crosby Lane — just two blocks from the entrance to Nickerson State Park.
Responders reported serious injuries and entrapment in both vehicles. One patient was pronounced dead at the scene and covered with a sheet.
Accident reconstruction teams from across Cape Cod, including State Police specialists from Middleboro, are on scene as the investigation continues. [DEVELOPING]
