DENNIS PORT – [DEVELOPING STORY] – Last evening Barnstable Police Detectives and members of the D.E.A. executed a search warrant at a residence in Dennis Port while simultaneously arresting a male suspect during a traffic stop on Route 6 eastbound, at the weigh station between the old Exits 4 and 5.
According to police sources, the suspect is under arrest for drug distribution charges. HN also learned there were a total of two search warrants executed in relation to this case, one in Barnstable, the other at the Dennis Port address.
