Cops bust marijuana grow at heroin overdose…
Centerville – CPR was already in progress when COMM Rescue and Barnstable police rushed to Nye Road earlier today.
A 37-year-old male was unresponsive due to a heroin overdose.
However, the patient was eventually up and about thanks to CPR compression efforts just prior to officers arriving…
The male was transported to CCH where he is expected to recover.
Police also discovered a small non-medicinal marijuana growing operation in a closet area inside the residence. Detectives and crime scene photographers also responded to the scene.
The marijuana plants were seized by detectives and the incident remains under investigation by the BPD…

Police needed to assist a tractor trailer truck while it attempted to tow a Baxter crane that was blocking traffic on Route 132 Monday… The crane was towed to a nearby parking lot using a heavy chain. The tow went smoothly despite heavy traffic, snow, and hazardous road conditions.
