DENNIS DISTURBANCE: Man sent to ER after golf club strike… suspect in custody…
WEST DENNIS – Multiple squad cars, including mutual aid from the Harwich Police, responded to the Plantation Condos at 371 Main Street after receiving multiple calls about a fight in progress, where one person was allegedly struck with a golf club last evening.
As you will see in the following HN Video, a young man was taken to the Cape Cod Hospital emergency room with an injured left arm.
The man who allegedly struck the patient was taken into custody on scene and will be charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
The golf club was collected as evidence. It appeared to have been a driver.
* All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
