Concerned Samaritans…
The following photo was taken not long after a collision between a bicycle and a car on West Main Street yesterday afternoon. The driver of the bike was down in the roadway and traffic quickly began to back up during the afternoon rush. The bicyclist was eventually able to gingerly walk into the back of an ambulance. He was transported to CCH to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. Traffic resumed it’s normal flow about 15 minutes after the collision.

People accused this man and some other woman of running around the McDonalds parking lot without clothes last evening…

It’s uncertain where the woman went, but she was reportedly in the area…
Witnesses at the scene were alarmed and came out of the restaurant to observe…
Police stopped this man a short distance from McDonalds on Route 132. He said he was tired and on his way home after consuming several burgers. However, although agitated, he was not completely without clothes when police had him step out of the car.
Officers investigated and decided an arrest was not necessary in this case…
HN ADVISORY: Every year, starting this time of year, police begin to receive and respond to reports of individuals running around without clothes. These calls usually result in some type of arrest. I only mention this because it’s HN’s policy to respond to all reports of individuals illegally exposing themselves while running around Hyannis naked. I owe it to my readers to document these bizarre scenes with high definition photos, videos, and information. In 99.9% of the cases, this is not an enjoyable task. So please, do us all a favor and keep your clothes on. If you’re having trouble deciding whether or not you’re wearing enough clothing, please always consider putting on extra just to be on the safe side.
Thank you.
