HYANNIS – A firefighter was hurt and transported to CCH earlier this evening… (HN will update as soon as there is more on the extent of the firefighter’s injuries…)

At about 6:30PM, firefighters rushed to 25 Rosary Lane for a smokey fire which reportedly started in the basement of the home. (Possibly some type of heater…)

The occupant was home with his dog at the time of the fire. Both evacuated the house safely…
