Foot pursuit ends in Aselton Park…
Hyannis – Shortly before 2pm Barnstable Police patrol units tracked down a fleeing suspect after a report he ran out the front door of Puritan Clothing with several North Face products, as well other items…
The fleeing male tried to lose police and make off with the goods by running across the village green towards South Street…
… he was spotted by a patrolman who radioed he was in foot pursuit in Aselton Park.
Moments later officers announced the suspect was in custody.
The suspect was searched and transported to Barnstable Police Headquarters by Officer Brian Morrison.
