Driver left scene after vehicle landed upside down in a marsh… [HN VIDEO]
HARWICH – Police discovered an unoccupied Toyota Corolla upside down in a marsh last evening, shortly prior to 11:00 p.m., on Bells Neck Road.
The driver, for one reason or another, decided to leave the scene prior to the arrival of police. The Harwich Police Department made contact with the driver and are investigating the cause of the crash… [DEVELOPING]
