HN PHOTOS – Local troopers continue to show a strong ongoing enforcement effort in Hyannis.
The owner/operator of a Dodge Charger was arrested during a traffic stop on Route 28 in the area of the airport early this morning. According to radio transmissions, the operator will reportedly be charged with Possession of a Class B Substance under the Chapter 94C Controlled Substance laws.
Cocaine, crack, LSD, Oxycodone, oxycontin, ecstacy, amphetamine, and methamphetamine are all examples of what are considered to be “Class B” Substances in Massachusetts under the continuously updating Controlled Substance Act.
Possesion of a Class B Substance can carry up to 1 year in jail for the first offense, 2 years for the second…
