The driver allegedly did not initially pull over and stop for the police… [DEVELOPING]

UPDATE: Alisson Lima, age 40, of West Barnstable, was charged with OUI-LIQUOR, FAILURE TO STOP FOR POLICE, and UNLICENSED OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE….
