SAVING LIVES… [HN PHOTOS]

HYANNIS – First responders helped a man said to be not responsive and overdosing early this morning. The residence was also listed as being positive for COVID-19. Police, and then firefighters, entered wearing personal protective equipment. When the man finally came around, police also learned he had “paperwork.” The 49-year-old was then transported to CCH for further care and treatment. Officers decided to deal with the issue of the “paperwork” at a later time (the “paperwork” to be dealt with later meant he had a warrant for his arrest, but officers were much more concerned about his current medical condition – his health obviously being more important than being immediately arrested in this particular case.)
