*** WATCH *** Dog walker heard glass break, saw shadows running away…
HYANNIS – Everyone was inside the home sleeping when someone smashed in the glass door of a residence on Blueberry Hill Road early this morning.
As you will see in the following HN Video, at around 12:30 a.m., Barnstable Police squad cars responded to the Blueberry Hill Road neighborhood after a dog walker reported hearing glass break and saw “two shadows” running away.
A Barnstable Police K9 unit immediately began working the scene, picking up a scent that provided officers with additional information regarding their suspects.
Meanwhile, back at the scene, a crime scene photographer from the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office began processing the scene.
The incident remains under investigation by the Barnstable Police Department.
