Man transported to CCH after a crash into a fence sent debris flying onto Rte. 132… [HN VIDEO]
BARNSTABLE – A man was transported to CCH after a crash into a fence sent debris flying out onto Route 132 earlier this evening.
Shortly before 9:00 p.m., Barnstable Police responded to a report of a crash on Shootflying Hill Road in the area of Route 132.
Upon arrival, officers found debris from a shattered fence on Shootflying Hill Road and across Route 132.
As you will see in the following HN Video, debris on Route 132 caused at least one secondary accident where a tire was damaged…
An officer stood by the driver who remained seated inside the vehicle until Barnstable Rescue arrived. The driver was then placed on a stretcher and transported to CCH.
A Barnstable County Sheriff’s deputy photographed the scene.
Barnstable Police are investigating what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway and crash through the fence…
