Please note that the State Police Media Relations Office is not confirming that that person or any other person is being sought or that they are suspects.
The following HN reader video shows troopers, fellow police officers, and supporters from the general public lining Trooper Lennon’s route home from the hospital earlier today. The video shows Trooper Lennon’s vehicle driving past supporters and well-wishers at the Bourne Rotary. According to the MSP’s 85th RTT, fundraiser organizers, “Trooper Lennon was released from MGH today and was escorted to the Cape by Yarmouth barracks cruisers, supported by local fire and police along the way. He was greeted by neighbors with signs showing support once he got home. He will be resting and recovering at home for the next few weeks awaiting surgery #2. He wants to thank everyone again for all of their support and generosity over the last few [days]. Stay strong brother.”
