TOUGH MORNING COMMUTE: Employee accidentally crashes into his workplace… [HN PHOTOS]

OSTERVILLE – [HN NOTES] – A male driver had reportedly always wondered how it was even possible for someone to accidentally drive into a building before he found out the hard way… when his pickup truck suddenly hopped a parking barrier, struck a wooden support pillar and bashed in the front wall and window at the John & Marjorie Medical Complex early this morning. The employee of the damaged building wasn’t hurt, but instead of punching a time clock, he had a more undesirable way to prove he had made it in on-time.
Staff from Cape Cod Healthcare quickly arrived on scene and began making plans with the property’s landlord to have everything boarded up and functional ASAP.
While these unexpected mishaps are never ever pleasant… on the brighter side, it was a nice, sunny, relatively mild day for this sort of thing and everyone seemed to be optimistically handling the matter in stride – which is a healthy way to be in my humble, non-medical opinion…
The Barnstable Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash.
