Pursuit ends with two under arrest… [DEVELOPING]
Hyannis – Earlier this evening police had trouble with a vehicle that wouldn’t stop. It was originally called in as the slow speed pursuit of a silver vehicle under suspicion of illicit drug violations…
The pursuit led several unmarked Barnstable Street Crime Units in circles at speeds ranging from 10 to 25 miles per hour near the area of Pufferbellies on Route 28.
Multiple Barnstable Police, as well as Yarmouth squad cars also converged on the area to assist.
The chase ended behind Jimmy’s Taylor Shop at 192 Iyannough Rd./ Route 28 when the suspect vehicle apparently ran into or was blocked by the back end of a parked All Cape Aluminum box truck.
