WEST YARMOUTH – Yarmouth emergency frequencies came alive this evening at about 8:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a 3-week-old baby not breathing.

As you will see and hear in the following HN Video, Yarmouth Police and Firefighters rushed to a West Yarmouth address as the reports from the scene changed from not breathing, to breathing, to not breathing again.

Finally a Yarmouth Patrolwoman came over the radio announcing the baby was finally breathing again.

The 3-week-old baby and mother were transported to CCH, with the child crying in the back of the ambulance…

… which turned out to be music to everyone’s ears.
