*** WATCH *** LARGE TREE SERVICE TRUCK BURSTS INTO FLAMES
YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Firefighters rushed to the address of a local tree service company on Union Street after one of their boom trucks burst into flames, around 4:30 p.m. today.
Dark smoke was visible from the Mid-Cape Highway and a loud explosion was reported.
Firefighters had to hustle to contain the fire.
The company’s owner told HN that he has a couple other trucks, and this one he used when he first started the business.
There were no injuries reported. The Yarmouth Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
