Accident shut down Route 28 during morning rush… live wires across road… [VIDEO]
CENTERVILLE – Firefighters, police, and utility workers were working hard to clean up after a traffic accident involving two trucks.
One truck hit and brought down a utility pole and live wires across Route 28…
Route 28 needed to be completely shut down. Traffic was backed up in both directions as police officers diverted commuters down a side road and around the accident one lane of cars at a time…
Nobody was hurt during the accident…
As of 7:40am, first responders were still trying to clear the roadway… traffic was expected to reopen within the half hour…
