PACU ARRESTS MAN FOR WARRANT AND ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF SUBOXONE
On Monday, August 7, 2017, at approximately 12:20PM, Proactive Anti- Crime Unit Officer Nick Ambrosini stopped MA registration 711TX7 with four occupants for a motor vehicle violation.
A check of the occupants who were not properly seat belted found one of them in constructive possession of 4 small round orange pills scored 54/375 and known to be Suboxone.
A LEAPS inquiry showed the man had a warrant out of East Brookfield District Court. The man was placed under arrest and the operator was given a verbal warning for having a failed inspection sticker.
The man was processed at Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters and transported to the Barnstable District Court for arraignment.
