BARNSTABLE – Early this morning at around 12:30 a.m., a Barnstable Police Patrolman was dispatched to Kidd’s Hill Road for a pickup truck stuck in the dirt after it allegedly was doing “burnouts” and donuts. And as you will see in the following HN Video, it appears the driver lost control after the pickup whipped around, and dipsy-doodled several times before leaving the roadway and nearly crashing into a utility pole. According to radio transmissions, the driver was giving the reporting party a “hard time” and trying to become unstuck prior to police arriving on scene.
