HYANNIS – [DEVELOPING] – As you will see in the following HN Video, the Barnstable Police Department’s Patrol Division initiated a traffic stop shortly before 3:00 a.m. this morning, which led to two individuals being taken into custody. An on-call Barnstable Police K-9 unit also responded to assist in a search.
