HYANNIS – [HN NOTES] – Sometime around 3:30 a.m. this morning, a cleaning person came upon a 33-year-old man with a large backpack sleeping inside one of the Regal Movie Theaters at the Cape Cod Mall. The last show had ended several hours prior…
Police were called and several Barnstable patrol officers, along with a Mall Security officer, had the man pack up and leave after “trespassing” him from the premises for a period of one year.
