Main Street condo riddled with bullets…

HYANNIS – Concerned parents kept a close eye on their little ones arriving home from school today. A neighbor’s condo had been peppered with bullets earlier and police were still trying to figure out why.
Just before 4am, police rushed to the Cedar Village Condominiums at 70 Main Street after residents were awakened by gunfire.
A witness observed a man running from the scene. A K-9 unit hit the ground tracking but the scent ended a couple blocks away in the area of Route 28.
Seven 9mm rounds struck the second floor windows and outside wall of one of the units. There were no reported injuries and the condo unit was said to be unoccupied at the time of the shooting.
Police were attempting to interview a person they believe may have been the intended target. The investigation is ongoing.
