VIOLENT BEHAVIOR CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Woman slips off handcuff and tries to break out cruiser windows after allegedly assaulting woman with knife… [UPDATED… plus other news briefs…]
HYANNIS – A HN camera was rolling when a woman somehow slipped out of one of her handcuffs and tried to break out a cruiser window… this right after she was arrested for allegedly pulling a knife on another woman.
At about 7:00PM last evening, Barnstable Police responded to the East End after receiving a report that a woman had pulled a knife on another at the Hyannis Transportation Center.
The woman was described as a white female, with blond hair in a bun, wearing a black sweatshirt, and fleeing the area with a male wearing a yellow shirt. The reporting party also said her name was Christina…
Officers quickly caught up to the suspect about a block away and placed her in custody… They also placed the man she was traveling with in custody.
Police recovered the knife allegedly used during the assault, according to radio traffic…
Officers took the suspect back to the Transportation Center so the victim could identify her. While in custody in the back of cruiser, the suspect somehow slipped out of one of her handcuffs and tried to break out the windows. A HN camera was right there on scene rolling.

UPDATE: Christina Concepcion (the suspect in the above video), age 19, of Hyannis, was arrested and charged with 3 counts of Assault By Means of a Dangerous Weapon (a knife).
