*** WATCH *** Young male driver banged up after rollover into Mashpee woods…
MASHPEE – At around 2:30 a.m., Mashpee police and firefighters responded to a secluded section of Great Oak Road for a single vehicle rollover into the woods. The vehicle was heavily damaged. The driver (the sole occupant), was a juvenile male, according to sources on scene. He reportedly said he had swerved to avoid some deer before leaving the roadway. He was transported to Falmouth Hospital in “priority three” condition. His injuries were not believed to be serious at the time of this report. The Mashpee Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash. Excessive speed has not been ruled out as a contributing factor…
