When it’s time to finally stop and smell the roses…
Hyannis – An elderly gentleman received a scare this afternoon after his brakes possibly malfunctioned, landing him and his Saturn smack-dab in the middle of a flower garden in front of the TD Bank on Main Street.
If it wasn’t for the lush plantings at the intersection of Main St. and Old Colony, there’s no telling how far the out of control vehicle may have traveled.
Although the driver was fortunate to the extent things could have been far worse, he did begin to suffer some minor chest pains and Hyannis Rescue was summoned. Reportedly the driver should be alright…
