HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS – [HN VIDEO NOTES] – Shortly after midnight this morning – Friday, 6/20/25 – Patrolman Reese Fallon of the Barnstable Police Department was in the East End where he encountered a man who possibly had a warrant for his arrest. While running the man’s information through dispatch, the man suddenly bolted in a desperate attempt to escape, according to sources. A brief foot pursuit ended with the suspect being taken into custody in an overgrown front yard on Pleasant Street. Additional officers quickly arrived to assist Officer Fallon.
As you will see and hear in the following HN Video, Owen Bolduc, 29, currently homeless in Hyannis, was arrested on a Default Warrant out of Barnstable District Court. The following HN video contains police radio transmissions and footage from the scene moments after the arrest. The details contained in the above report are based on police radio transmissions and information from police sources.
